Vishnu Dass, AD (NAMA)
Vishnu Dass is an Ayurvedic Doctor, educator, clinical herbalist, and Vedic astrologer. He is the owner and director of Blue Lotus Ayurveda in Asheville, North Carolina, and has over 26 years of full-time clinical experience. He studied under Dr. Vasant Lad and graduated from the Gurukula Program at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is the author of Ayurvedic Herbology: East & West—A Practical Guide to Ayurvedic Herbal Medicine and Vishnu’s Kitchen. He currently serves on the faculty of the Ayurvedic Institute, where he teaches Ayurvedic herbal medicine, and has also served on the faculty of several clinical herbal training programs throughout Western North Carolina.
